We do NOT purchase properties ourselves, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, or participate in wholesale strategies.How we make money: We charge buyers/investors a fee for access to homeowner leads. We do not charge homeowners any fees for submitting their property or receiving offers.

Our Platform provides:

• Property submission and evaluation services
• Connection with verified cash buyers
• Transaction facilitation and management
• Buyer verification and trust features
• Educational resources and scam prevention

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 User Roles

4. Buyer Verification

To maintain trust and prevent scams, all buyers must undergo verification:

• BBB rating and review checks

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate buyer accounts that do not meet our verification standards or engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

5. Property Submissions

5.1 Accurate Information

Homeowners must provide accurate and complete property information, including:

• Accurate photos and descriptions
• Property situation and motivation for selling
• Any known issues, liens, or encumbrances

5.2 Property Ownership

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell the property and that all information provided is accurate. Misrepresentation may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Offers and Transactions

6.1 Offer Process

Buyers may submit offers on properties listed on the Platform. Offers are subject to:

• Homeowner acceptance or rejection
• Expiration dates and terms
• Verification of buyer credentials
• Platform transaction fees

6.2 Transaction Facilitation

Cash4HomeNow facilitates transactions but is not a party to the purchase agreement. All transactions are between homeowners and buyers. We:

• Collect platform fees for services rendered
• Do not guarantee closings or buyer performance

6.3 No Guarantees

While we verify buyers and facilitate transactions, we do not guarantee:

• That offers will be made on your property
• That transactions will close
• That buyers will perform as promised
• Property values or offer amounts

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 Platform Fees

Cash4HomeNow charges fees for platform services:

• Transaction Fees: 1-2% of purchase price (charged to buyers)
• Seller Transaction Fee: 0.5-1% of purchase price (optional, charged to sellers)
• Premium Subscriptions: Monthly fees for advanced buyer features
• Fast-Track Processing: Optional premium service fees

7.2 Payment Terms

Fees are due upon transaction completion or subscription activation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change fee structures with notice to users.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to circumvent buyer verification or platform security
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Platform to facilitate scams or predatory practices

9. Scam Prevention and Trust

Cash4HomeNow is committed to preventing scams and protecting users:

• We verify all buyers before they can make offers
• We monitor for suspicious activity and fraud

• We investigate reports of fraudulent behavior
• We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in scams

However, we cannot guarantee that all users are legitimate or that scams will not occur. Users should exercise caution, verify information independently, and report suspicious activity immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, software, and technology, are owned by Cash4HomeNow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
